We are a small bed and breakfast and it is our policy once a reservation is made to honor that reservation. In saying so, once your room is booked it is removed from our list of available rooms to rent. Therefore we ask that you carefully consider your travel plans; we must adhere to our cancellation policy. There will be no exceptions.
We have a two-week cancellation policy. If you call prior to two weeks of your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back less a $25 processing fee. If it is within the two weeks of your arrival date, we will hold onto the deposit unless we are able to rent the room once again. If cancellation is made within three days of your arrival date, we will charge the full amount of your stay. Early departures are responsible for the full amount of their reservation. Please inquire about Group cancellation policy.
