Your hosts, Michael and Verna Preaseau, are veterans of the local customer service industry with a familiarity of all the area has to offer in the way of recreation, adventure, wine tasting, dining, spa treatments and entertainment. Deposit:
Reservations are secured by first night's stay. Non-event reservations require 7 days cancellation notice and 14 days cancellation notice for Holiday/Special Events. Full payment is due upon check-in. Holiday/Special events may require a minimum stay of 3 nights or more. Additional guests are $20 per guest per night.

Cancellation:
14 days minimum advance notice for Holiday/Special Events cancellations. 7 days minimum notice for all other reservation cancellations. $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of 1 night's stay.
