Relax on our wide front porch at the White Porch Inn Bed and breakfast, and feel the wonderful Cape Cod breezes.
The White Porch Inn B&B is in the heart of Provincetown - walk to Commercial St., bars, boutique stores, restaurants, art galleries, Johnson Street Beach, and much more.
Our Provincetown Bed & Breakfast has 9 recently remodelled guestrooms, each named for a different Cape Cod lighthouse. Each room has a private bath, a/c, and there are fireplaces in 7 of our guest rooms.
Several guestrooms have Pilgrim Monument or bay views, and some have rooftop views of Provincetown.
Each room also features a queen-sized or king-sized bed, luxury bed linens, down comforters, hair driers and toiletries, color TV's, and DVD and CD players. Some tooms have jacuzzi tubs as well, and most have a refrigerator.
We serve a European continental breakfast buffet each morning - enjoy breakfast on our porch, in our dining room, or privately in your own guestroom.
The B&B als features a 24-hour coffee bar, housekeeping service once a day, frfee wifi internet access, airport/ferry pick-up, cd/dvd library, complimentary wine, and more.

POLICIES
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of 3 nights and longer. A 100% deposit for 1 or 2 nights. The balance of your room is due upon arrival.
Cancellation:
Your deposit will be refunded up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date minus a 10% cancellation fee. Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund or transfer any deposits regardless of the reason of cancellation. Unfortunately there will be no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations. We highly recommend purchasing a trip cancellation insurance
Check-In:
2pm—8pm. Arrangements can be made for earlier and later arrivals.
Check-Out:
11am (including cars). Please inquire for late check-out
Children:
Regrettably, we do not accept children under the age of 16.
Pets:
Although we understand how hard it is to leave your loved ones behind, The White Porch Inn cannot accommodate any pets. If you are traveling with pets we would be happy to refer you to our local pet resort
Smoking:
For your own safety and comfort, smoking is not permitted within any of our buildings. Any guest violating the non-smoking policy will be billed an additional $200 for clean up costs to the room.
Parking:
Unfortunately we only have limited parking available at the White Porch Inn and thus a “first come, first served rule” applies. Nearby parking at guest expense is available. We cannot accommodate any oversized vehicles!
