POLICIES

Deposit:
Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit prior to arrival. You will receive a confirmation in the mail. We have a two night minimum on weekends and three or four night minimum on holiday weekends.

Cancellations:
There is a $25 fee for all cancellations. As a small independently-owned inn, cancellations affect us dearly. A 14 day cancellation notice prior to 12:00 noon on day of arrival is required or you are obligated to pay the full charge of the reservation unless we can re-rent the room. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for holidays, packages and/or reservations of two or more rooms.

Check-In:
3:00 - 6:00 PM. Please let us know if your arrival is delayed and we can make arrangements to have your room key available. The office closes at 7 p.m.
