POLICIES

Reservations:
To guarantee room a deposit is required by personal cheque or money order. If not enough time to mail cheque we will accept credit card deposit. Date on cheque must be the date mailed or before. No post dated cheques unless agreed in advance and dated at least 21 days prior to arrival date. A reservation is a firm contract for both sides, not to be made lightly. We guarantee a room for you, we do not overbook... and you guarantee to honour the reservation as made.

Cancellation:
At least 21 days prior to arrival date, a notice of cancellation in writing is required to cancel a reservation for refund minus $50 administration fee. Less than 21 days advance notice entire deposit is forfeited.

Less than 7 days notice guest is responsible for one night payment + forfeit entire deposit as small compensation for lost revenue for cancellation.
