Warn House B&B is surrounded by beautiful trees, and provides a quiet escape from the stresses of your daily life.

Come inside and enjoy the spaciousness and tranquility that our Prince Edward Island bed and breakfast has to offer. Warn House is beautifully furnished with antique furniture, local artwork, and fine linens.

Each morning, you'll enjoy a gourmet breakfast courtesy of Gerry, one of your hosts and a professional Chef. We can also provide wonderful dinners - ask for details when booking.

We offer four guest rooms:

Captain's Room: Our largest, with a king bed, large wooden armoire, and a large wing-back chair by the window with West garden views. Ensuite bathroom.

Richmond Room: Elegant room with four-poster queen bed, east/south facing windows, wing-back chair, and ensuite bathroom.

Anne's Room: Cheerful room with queen bed, north/east facing windows, with artwork by artists R.A. Bérubé and D. Gill. Ensuite bathroom.

Campbell Room: Twin beds, armoire for clothing, artwork by Roman Swinderek and D. Gill. Private bathroom.

We're on eastern Canada's Prince Edward Island, close to a number of great golf courses, tourist locations, and music venues. We'll be happy to suggest ideas for your stay - great places locally to visit and enjoy. Here are a few of our favorites:

• The Confederation Centre: open year-round, showcasing the best in the Canadian visual and performing arts.
• Spinnakers Landing: one of Summerside's great marketplaces, in a recreated North Atlantic fishing village.

After a long day exploring PEI, pick out a movie from our video collection, or just relax on the veranda with that book you've been meaning to get to. You can also enjoy the lovely Prince Edward Island sunsets over our West yard.
