POLICIES
Reservations:
A valid credit card is required when making a reservation. A deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total is required, with a minimum deposit of one night's stay. (50% for all holiday periods). Full payment is due upon arrival.
Cancellation:
14-day advance notice is required for cancellation and a refund of your deposit.  During all Holiday periods, a 30-day advance notice is required for a refund of deposit.  $25 Administrative Fee is charged on all refunds. No-Shows forfeit entire deposit. During Hurricane Season (June 1 until November 30), if there is a posted threat/warning of a named hurricane, cancellations made within the normal 14/30 day cancellation period will not be forfeited and are retained as a credit for a future visit within 1 year after the original date of arrival. No refunds for early departures nor delayed arrivals.
