Reservations:
A valid credit card is required when making a reservation. A deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total is required, with a minimum deposit of one night's stay. (50% for all holiday periods). Full payment is due upon arrival.

Cancellation:
For cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival (60/30 for all holiday periods), a charge equal to one night’s stay will apply. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 14 or less days in advance. (30 days or less for all holiday periods). $35 administrative fee is charged on all refunds. Folio balance is due in full at check-in. There are no refunds for early departures.
