The Eclipse Hotel and Condo development was built in 1993 and like much of the Manuel Antonio and Quepos the area is continually undergoing change. Villa Titi, situated on the highest point on the grounds of the Hotel Eclipse, is a quiet private home where you can shed your cares and relax in one of the most picturesque settings you can imagine. The Deluxe Lower Suite in the Villa Titi can comfortably accommodate three with a queen size bed and a single bed. This suite has an open spacious floor plan with a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, large private bath, and a living room that opens to a covered patio. The comfortable second floor unit has a queen size bed, a private bath and a private covered terrace for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding beauty. Each unit has a separate entrance that provides optimum privacy. They also have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 21" TV with cable, a wall safe for your valuables, and telephone. The lower suite also has a CD/tape player so you can enjoy some of your favorite music. And, the pool at the Hotel Eclipse is only a few feet from your door
Many of our guests say the dining experience at nearby restaurants is one of the highlights of their visit. Some of the best are within walking distance to Villa Titi, while others are a short 4-mile cab ride into Quepos. The choices include French, Italian, German, Asian and many local "Tico" style restaurants. Most include many local specialties as well as their traditional fare. A highly recommend and usually outstanding choice would be the "catch of the day", which could be Mahi Mahi, Yellow Fin Tuna, Snapper, or other seasonal fish.

"Titi" is the Costa Rican name for the endangered Central American Squirrel Monkey. Villa Titi, which backs up to the northern boundary of the Manuel Antonio National Park, is the ideal place to observe "Troops" or family groups of Titis as they pass nearby on their daily rounds, foraging for mangos, and other foods. It is also quite common to see howler, and white-faced monkeys as they move through the lush foliage, and parrots and other tropical birds as they fly towards the sea.
