Villa la Pinede is a great year-round vacation rental villa in Provence - our villa features a large, heated pool, and is perfect for gay and lesbian couples, families, and single folks looking for a French country vacation.
Villa la Pinede offers a variety of accommodation options, including bed and breakfast, half board (breakfast and dinner), whole villa rental, or apartment rental - the villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests.
The villa has five guestrooms, with double or twin beds. Each room has a private bathroom, satellite television, DVD player, and a private patio that looks down over the pool.
Our pool is 14 metrs by 5 meters (46 x 16 1/2 feet), and has a wide wooden sun deck. The pool reaches 28 degrees celsius (about 82 degrees fahrenheit) in early May. The pool can be clothing optional - contact us for details.
The villa offers panoramic views of the Provencal countryside, and is surrounded by two forested acres. Though private, we're just a couple minutes on foot from the center of Maussane village.
The villa also has an exercise room, ping pong table, and other games as well.
Villa la Pinede is in Maussane Les Alpilles, not far from Les Baux de Provence, St Remy de Provence and Arles. The gay owners live on-site, and will welcome you to their beautiful French Villa and make you comfortable here.

POLICIES
Deposit:
30% deposit required and 150 Euro per adult for catered accommodation and a confirmation of the booking. Balance is required to be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort and if booking is made within this 10-week period the full payment is required to confirm reservation. If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without further notice, retaining deposits and the right to levy cancellation charges. Payment may be taken credit card in Euros, or (by arrangement) Euro bank transfer. If payment is preferred in Pounds Sterling we can arrange this using the prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellation:
Cancellation will only take effect when written notification by the Client is received. The following cancellation fees will become immediately payable:

Up to 4 weeks - 75%
Less than 4 weeks - 100%
