At the reception desk we can help you with any general information concerning Mykonos, Delos and the surrounding islands.
We also provide fax, exchange, car and scooter hire and transfer services as well as safe deposit boxes and a parking and garage area. Daily maid service is also available.
Villa Kostantin also features a living room, a gym, a fitness center and a health center.
During the middle and the high season you can ask us about our private beach parties that offer wonderful entertainment to our guests and will definitely leave you with a unique memory of your stay with us.
Friends Rooms
Rooms and studios designed with en-suite bathroom, TV, fridge, telephone and terrace or balcony. All are with A/C and most are with wonderful sea view.
Studios
We also offer studios that have all of the features of the aforementioned rooms but also have the additional feature of a kitchen, allowing you to prepare breakfast and small meals, as it is equipped with hot plate, coffee pot, fridge and cooking pans and utensils. Almost all of our studios have sea view.
Family Apartments
Designed for five persons maximum, with a private bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with double bed, which is open-styled with the living room that has an opening sofa bed for the fifth person. With A/C, TV, fridge, kitchenette with cooking utensils, coffee and tea, bathroom and large terrace with direct sea view.
Family Studio
With all the facilities of the apartment but built in open-plan style.
Family & Friends Apartments
These are open-plan style apartments that sleep up to five persons. They include kitchen and a large terrace with sea view.
Lovers Studios
Villa Konstantin also offers lovely studios designed for couples, all with double beds, en-suite bathrooms, kitchen corners, A/C, TV, telephone and small terraces with wonderful sea view.
Groups' Studios
Studios with double bed and two single beds. They can accommodate up to 4 persons and they features telephone, television, air conditioning, kitchenette and veranda with sea view.

Reservations:
Confirming a reservation requires your credit card details or 50% of the reservation via credit card Visa, MasterCard or via bank transfer.
Cancellation:
21 days prior to arrival there is a full refund, otherwise, a 50% charge is applied on the total amount of the reservation.
