Our bed and breakfast has two guestrooms on our garden level, each with their own sitting area, just steps from the pool.  There are two additional rooms on the ground floor, with fantastic village or vineyard views.  Each of our guestrooms has an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, radio/cd player and hairdryer.  We also provide pool towels for our guests.

The village of Vezenobres has both Greek and Roman roots, and was an important stop on the ancient silk trade route from the Cevennes Mountains to the Mediterranean Sea.  The town has a friendly local bar and several great restaurants - a great place to spend a little time.

We're also perfectly situated for a number of daytrips:

• The Pont du Gard, built 2,000 years ago.
• Avignon with the Papal palace and its famous bridge
• Orange, where you'l find the best preserved Roman Theatre, still used now
• The cities of Nimes and Arles, with Roman arenas and many architectural remains from their Roman pasts - even now, more statues and mosaics are being discovered.
• Cevennes National Park, a wilderness area with some of the best caves in the south of France.
• The Gorge of the Ardeche (the "French Grand Canyon") with many view stops to look down toward the river - and where you can hire canoes to ride the rapids.

We also have two of France's most amazing botanical gardens nearby - the Camellia Park at Ales (some over one hundred years old), and The Bambouseraie de Prafrance, a unique garden with Bamboo, Giant Sequoias, Gingko Biloba and the biggest Magnolia Grandiflora in all of Europe!

The Mediterranean Sea is just an hour from our doorstep - ask us about the many different beaches, including Europe's biggest gay beach at Espigette.

After spending the day sightseeing, you can lounge poolsidewith a complimentary coffee or tea, or try some of the region's wines from the honor bar.

We can also provide a light lunch if you'd rather stay here and relax, and once a week we offer a table d’hote dinner with local produce and specialities – a chance for us to sit together and share tales of our voyages.   There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance.
