" FABULOUS 4 BEDROOM
The villa features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8. Enter the living space, and cross the living area to find the kitchen and dining area, with French doors leading off to the pool and terrace. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and much more, perfect for cooking your own meals at the villa. We also have a cook and mad available 6 days a week. The cook can prepare two meals a day from our guest menu - you choose what you want to eat, and the cook will do the shopping for you (you pay for the groceries). There's also a half bath on the first floor. Up the beautiful winding staircase, there are stained glass windows that let in multicolored sunlight. On the second floor, you'll find the master suite with a king size bed. A palapa-roof terrace opens off the master suite, and has a table and chairs where you can take in the morning view over a cup of coffee. The bathroom has a large Jacuzzi, bidet, double sink, toilet and shower. The master bedroom suite also has a secluded outdoor Jacuzzi, perfect for a romantic getaway. There's also a/c available for the summer months. The staircase winds up to the third floor, where you'll find two more bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two doubles) - each with their own bathroom and private balconies with fantastic views. There's also a street entrance on this level. And you'll find the washer and dryer up here, and a 2 space parking garage. The fourth bedroom is a stand-alone studio, with two twin beds, a table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and private bath. Our Puerto Vallarta vacation rental villa also has a pool and patio at the front of the villa. Take a swim in the pool on a hot summer day, or enjoy fantastic views from the terrace. The villa also features a VCR/DVD player, phone, stereo, CD player, televisions, wifi internet access, and much more. The entire house is on a water purification system. Puerto Vallarta is a great vacation destination - it's sunny year-round, and is most popular between November and April, when the temperature runs between 75 and 85 degrees. June through October are quieter, but we do get late afternoon and evening rains, and the temperatures are higher. But all the rains give us our wonderful tropical jungles. Coming to Puerto Vallarta?
