Villa Azul is the only vacation rental villa in Merida that offers a maid and cook. When you visit the Yucatan Peninsula, stay in a place that will provide wonderful, memories and an enjoyable adventure.

The villa is on a quiet side street in downtown Merida, just 2 blocks from Parque Santiago, and 7 blocks from the Zocalo (town square).

When you enter Villa Azul, you'll love the eighteen-foot beamed ceilings. Our Merida villa also offers 2 air-conditioned, beautifully decorated guest rooms, each with their own private baths.

The villa is filled with Spanish antiques and works of art by local artisans and artists, reflecting the proud culture and heritage of Mexico.

The home also offers a formal dining room, and a covered veranda where you can enjoy your meals.

There are many great things to do in Merida, including just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the fantastic sunsets.

POLICIES

Reservations:
Payment of 100% is due at time of reservation. If full payment is not received six weeks before your arrival your reservation will be terminated.

Deposit:
$300 US (Air conditioning and electricty are an additional charge)

Cancellation:
In the event you cancel your reservation for any reason, a $255 USD cancellation fee will be always be charged. 100% of your deposit will be returned upon cancellation.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the main house or the guest rooms. Smoking is permitted in the garden and terrace.
