Here we are in Colorado where the leafs are quickly turning. With so many trees in the mountains it certainly is a great photo op. Thank goodness we get a lot of space on our digital camera disk!
In Denver, BJ's -- 1380 So. Broadway has been around for years and is certainly a very popular hangout. The cowboy boy, Charlies at 900 E. Colfax is always packed most nights. The Den at 5110 W. Colfax has dinner service as well as the bar and it has been around for years also.
Bars in any town seems to come and go but the saddest bar closing was the Triangle. What fun everybody had there in the good old days! Other bars to visit are: JR's, 777 E. 17th Ave., The Compound, 145 Broadway, The Denver Wrangler, 1700 Logan Ave. and Tracks at 3500 Walnut Street.
The two bath houses are the MidTown Spa at 2935 Zuni and the Denver Swim Club, 6923 E. Colfax Ave. Denver is a city of wonderful restaurants all over the city. Like Chicago, Denver has so many to choose from in all types of menus. Denver has lots of little communities within the city. The arts and museums are great as well as the shopping.
