" FRENCH QUARTER BED AND BREAKFAST = ENCHANTING COURTYARD "

Ursuline Guest House Bed & breakfast has thirteen guest rooms, each with a private bathroom, a/c and heat, cable TV, wifi internet access, and ceiling fan.

Ursuline Guest House features a lush outdoor courtyard with a jacuzzi and eating area. There's also an indoor lounge for guest use, where you can relax and watch TV or use our internet connection to surf the web and check email. We also have a phone available for guest use.

Each morning, we serve a fresh continental breakfast, includingbagels and muffins, fruit, and coffee. Amd we serve wine and cheese every evening from six to seven pm.

We're just a few steps from Bourbon Street, in the middle of the famous French Quarter.

We've renovated and redecorated each of our guest rooms, furnishing them with new sheets, TV's, curtains, heat and a/c, and artwork and antique furniture. Make Ursuline Guest House your home away from home - and step outside into the vibrant city life of New Orleans.

Here in the Big Easy, you'll find great daytime shopping on Royal Street, as well as amazing local Cajun, French, Creole and Italian restaurants.

Ursuline Guest House embodies the spirit and history of New Orleans - several of our rooms were once slave quarters behind the main home - imagine what things were like here in the mid seventeen hundreds, when New Orleans and the French Quarter were the hub of Caribbean commerce, and the streets full of a clash of cultures, pirates, sailors, and voodoo queens.

Our courtyard was once the owners' private retreat, where they could get away from the hectic city streets. Now you can relax here too, and enjoy our hot tub and our wine and cheese hour after a busy day in the city.

POLICIES

Deposit:
Mardi-Gras, Jazz-Fest and Special Events require non-refundable payment in full 30 days prior to stay. Unfortunately, due to past experience we have to take one night's deposit to confirm a room.

Cancellation:
A 5-day cancellation notice is required, subject to a $20.00 fee.

Check-In:
2:00pm, but if you arrive early, we'll be happy to offer you coffee in the courtyard until your cozy room is ready for you.

Smoking:
All rooms in the Ursuline Guest House are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted in the courtyard.
