Umah Watu Villas, Bali, are located in Seminyak - 300 metres from Legian Surf Beach, at behind the famous Oberoi Hotel. The Villas are hidden in the rice paddies, and are very very quiet, private and peaceful.

It's just a short walk from our Bali Villas to the well-known Jalan Oberoi and Jalan Lasmana, where all the new and well-known Restaurants are. You can also walk to Jalan Dhyana Pura, with lots of nightlife in the many new and world-famousbars, clubs, and discos.

We offer two identical authentic Balinese-Style Villas, surrounding a central "infinity" swimming pool.  You can rent them separately, or together as one property.  We also offer single rooms.

We have one large upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with rice paddy views, separate from the other villas.

All of our bedrooms have a/c, en-suite indoor/outdoor bathrooms, a dressing area with robes, dressing table, a mini bar and Safety Deposit Boxes.

Rooms also include four-poster, King size beds and Kelambus (mosquito nets, rarely needed but they add to the Balinese style decor). All bedrooms are close to the living area, which opens up to the central courtyard and the swimming pool.

The comfortable living room has satellite tv, DVD and sound system, as well as a variety of relaxing chairs and sofas.

There is also a dining area, with table and chairs for guests to enjoy a meal "at home". The open-plan living area also has a fully equipped European kitchen, complete with pots and pans and and utensils.

Tea and coffee is provided, and we also offer beer, soft drinks, and juices at a reasonable cost.

Our staff of six is here to serve you - villa manager, 3 villa attendants, Security and a driver. Our driver is available on request for day trips and outings at additional cost, at very affordable rates. We can also provide massage services upon request.

All rooms are Double or Single-Occupancy, and our rates include breakfast each morning and personal laundry service. We also provide airport pick-up and return service to all guests.
