Two Village Square B&B, located in the heart of Ogunqui, Maine, is a 15 room inn nestled on a wooded hillside perch overlooking the town square and Atlantic Ocean.  The laid-back and congenial atmosphere of our 1886 inn is complimented by its close proximity to all the resort activity in this seaside getaway. 

15 Rooms, king and queen size beds available.  All rooms offer guest controlled heat and air conditioning, TV w/ cable, clock radio, and ceiling fan.  Ask about our ocean view rooms.  By the opening of the 2005 season all but three of the 15 rooms will have been completely renovated. 

Three First Floor Common Areas casually furnished with comfortable seating, large color television w/DVD library, fireplace, piano, free guest WiFi internet access, restaurant and attraction listings.  Two Village Square offers you and your friends plenty of both indoor and outdoor space to relax and kick back.

First Floor Guest Kitchen provides access to a refrigerator, microwave, tableware, storage space and complimentary popcorn, tea, and coffee.  The guest kitchen also has a washer and dryer for guest use.

Heated Pool and Hot Tub  Our heated swimming pool, hot tub, and spacious surrounding deck provide plenty of private outdoor space for relaxing.  Pool and beach towels are provided. 

Expanded Continental Breakfast Each morning from 8-10 AM an expanded continental breakfast can be enjoyed along with the daily newspaper on our ocean view decks.   The breakfast menu includes a variety of items such as bagels, muffins, English muffins, breakfast cake, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, seasonal fruit, cereals, coffee, tea, and juices. 

Weekly Parties In high season (July-Labor Day) and on holiday weekends, Two Village Square hosts complimentary Sunday and Wednesday parties.  Hors d'oeuvres and drinks are served on our ocean view decks.

Free access to the local gym.

We begin taking reservations January 1st.  If you book between Jan 1st and May 1st there is a six night minimum for High Season.  After May 1st we accept any length stay.  Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends have a three night minimum. Rates are per night for maximum of two occupants.
