With-in an easy stroll or bicycle ride to the rustic seaside town of Marathon! Tropical Cottages is 200' to a cove that opens into the Gulf of Mexico. The end of the street (200' away) is a tropical cove providing a kayak launch area, boat ramp & dockage. The adjacent Florida Keys Land & Sea Trust's Kayak Trail is ideal for exploring the tranquil back country crystal clear calm waters. An area ideal for snorkeling & sunning!

At The Tropical Cottages in The Florida Keys, each cottage will become a resort designed unit with private bath & dressing area, landscaped lanai with outdoor shower and patio dining. Units are stylishly appointed with wicker/rattan furniture, king or queen sized canopy bed with mosquito netting, ceiling fans, and for your comfort ...air conditioning (Thank you Mr. Carrier!).

Our mission is to allow you relax while we provide the comfortable surroundings you expect for this long awaited vacation. Many choose to stay by the week, month or season, but nightly rentals are available by reservations.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 11.5% State/Local Tax. Cottages only have King or Queen beds that sleep only two people per cottage. Capacity weekends & special events add $25.00 to nightly rates. Rates subject to change without notice.
