Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by mail, or email 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival day. There will be a charge of 1 nights stay plus a $15 Admin Charge to your credit card.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival day, will be charged for two nights plus a $15 Admin fee.
No Shows may be charged for ALL reserved dates that are not re-sold.
