The West End has two major thoroghfares, Davie Street - where you'll find most of the gay owned restaurants, bars, and businesses, and Robson Street, often called the Rodeo Drive of Vancouver.
From our lobby, you can walk to major entertainment and meeting venues, ride a tandem bike around the Stanley Park seawall together, take public transit to Grouse Mountain, Vancouver Aquarium or a local football or baseball game.
Or take the ferry to the artist community on Granville Island with its famous Public Market, or wander down Robson Street to explore the great shopping. Or if you prefer, just stay in your apartment-style hotel suite and take in a relaxing movie on DVD while you dine-in.
There are more than forty great restaurants and cafes within four blocks of the hotel, some of which are popular for a glass of wine and tapas and others that offer homestyle restaurant dining or delivery right to your suite.
Best of all, we're at the gateway to Stanley Park - take the seawall around the park, or walk or bike to the Zoo and enjoy one of the best urban parks in North America.

All of our guest suites are non-smoking and offer a/c in the bedroom. Telephone access includes free local calls and voicemail. Each of our Vancouver apartments also has a washer/dryer.
You'll also enjoy membership in a fitness center with full gym, pool and sauna for the duration of your stay with us.
Each of our suites has a full kitchen where you can create your favourite breakfast or create a special treat. And there's a Safeway supermarket right across the street where you to stock your kitchen for your stay in Vancouver.

Cancellations:
One week (7 nights) notice prior to arrival is required in order to avoid a penalty charge of 1 (one) night plus taxes.
Two weeks (14 nights) notice prior to arrival for long term 30 nights (one month) or more reservations is required in order to avoid a penalty charge of 7 (seven) nights plus taxes.
Cancellations must be provided in WRITING, either by email or fax.
No Shows are charged at full amount. No refunds.
Early check outs are charged at full amount. No refunds.
In case of true emergency no penalty will be assessed by the hotel (customer is required to provide proof).
Any changes made on the day of arrival or during the stay, the full length of stay will be charged. No refunds.
Smoking:
Times Square Suites is a non-smoking hotel. This means that all suites and balconies are non-smoking. Should a guest smoke in a suite or on a balcony there will be a $500.00 charge for resetting (including painting) the suite to non-smoking standards.
We are happy to provide a designated smoking area for our guests and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
