Since the 1930's, Sunset Marine Resort has been a private getaway retreat for world travelers, Seattle area weekenders, and locals alike. Our Olympic Peninsula vacation rental cabins are also a great destination spot for exploring the Olympic Peninsula and visiting the quaint little town of Sequim, Washington.

Six comfortable cabins are set among the trees along our private road that meanders down to the beach. Each cabin has a panoramic water view and Western exposure for unforgettable sunsets. Spend a starry night at your personal campfire, watch seals, otter, eagles, an abundance of bird varieties or plan a kayaking picnic to Travis spit!

Cabins Include:

The Cliff House is a one bedroom chalet-like cottage with open ceilings, skylights, queen bed, double sleeper couch, and a wrap around deck. It is located on the bluff and has a great view of the Bay. The Cliff House is not suitable for small children due to the steep bank. Accommodates 4 (tightly).

The Captain's Quarters is our newest cabin, one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The living room opens to a beautiful view deck which overlooks the Bay and John Wayne Marina. The cabin has electric heat as well as a wood burning stove. Accommodates 4.

The Captain's Quarters has a lower unit, the Skipper's Quarters, with queen bed, double sofa sleeper in the sitting area, a bathroom and a beautiful view deck. No kitchen, but small fridge and coffee maker are supplied. Accommodates 4.

The Landing is a great two bedroom family cabin just 25 steps up from the beach. Both rooms have queen size beds plus one single bed in the larger bedroom. The living room is has a single sofa sleeper. A small deck which faces the Bay. Accommodates 6.

The Clam Cottage is a romantic one-bedroom cabin with queen bed on the bulkhead on the beach, with two single day beds in the living area, electric heat and a wood burning stove. A partially covered deck faces the Bay.This cabin also has it's own firepit. Accommodates 4.

The Boat House is a private two bedroom cabin built on pilings on the beach - during high tide the water is right below you! The large living room has two twin day beds. An island separates the kitchen and living room and a sliding door opens onto your partially covered deck. This cabin has its own firepit and instant access to the beach. Accommodates 6.

Be sure to ask about our pet friendly cabins, the Boat House and the Landing, available for well behaved pets. All of our cabins are non-smoking cabins.

The resort is a 2 hour drive from Seattle - 1/2 hour drive from Port Townsend - 10 minutes to Sequim and 1/2 hour to Port Angeles.

Rates are per night, based on double occupancy - additional guests run $15.00 per person per night. 2 night minimum June/July/August and all weekends.
