Sunburst Inn, Built in 1905, features a front porch with a private entrance leading to a beautiful double parlor living room / bedroom suite with adjacent private bath.
The suite sleeps up to four with a queen-size canopy bed and a queen size sleeper in seperate rooms. Sliding pocket doors divide up the suite for added privacy among your group.
The suite is fully furnished and includes two televisions; the Living room has a 36-inch Television with Cable, VCR, DVD/CD, Stereo system, the bedroom has it's own Flat Screen TV which also doubles as a monitor for the computer that's in the suite.
For your convenience a desk with telephone, computer and high-speed internet access is provide in the suite. A dining table, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, a continental breakfast and soft drinks are provided along with daily room service.
The living room and bedroom feature 12 foot ceilings, original ceiling medallions and chandeliers. A comfortable plush queen-size canopy bed sleeps two in the bedroom, while a Queen size sofa sleeper setup for comfort can sleep two in the living room.
The bathroom is private, and has two separate access to provide added privacy among your group. The walk-in shower features dual shower heads.
The Diamond Room is located upstairs and features a multi-colored stained glass diamond window overlooking the queen size bed. This room has a television with cable and Central Air Conditioning along with a ceiling fan your comfort. For your convenience a desk with telephone, high-speed internet data port, coffee make, refrigerator/freezer, continental breakfast and soft drinks are provided along with daily room service.
The adjoining bathroom features a large garden tub/shower with dual shower heads to accommodate two at the same time.

Reservations:
A reservations deposit equal to the greater of the first night's stay or 25% of the total stay may be charged by credit card(PayPal.com only). Deposit may be sent by mail, but reservation is not confirmed until deposit has been received.

Reservations may be secured by a deposit equal to the greater of he first night's stay or 25% of the total stay. Deposits will be charged by credit card only through PayPal.com. Deposit may be sent by mail, reservation is held for 72 hours, but reservation is not confirmed until deposit has been received. Some special events have higher deposit and longer cancellation requirements.
Cancellation:
Non Special Events... Deposits will be returned minus a $25 processing fee, if the reservation is cancelled up to two weeks before arrival date. If reservations are cancelled less than two weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all reserved dates, regardless of late arrival or early departure. Some special events have higher deposit and longer cancellation requirements.
Special Events...Full payment required for prime dates 30 days in advance of check-in, 50% returned if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made less than 14 days from check-in forfeit all moneys paid. We suggest you contact us well in advance of prime dates (Mardi Gras, JazzFest, holidays) as these tend to book quickly.
