Cancellations:
Cancellation more than SEVEN DAYS prior to arrival - we retain only FIVE POUNDS if we can re-let in full, otherwise we retain the cost of first night’s stay. Cancellation within SEVEN DAYS prior to arrival - full amount of booking to be drawn unless we can re-book. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation costs. NB: Failure to appear without contacting us - the whole amount will be drawn from the credit card.
