This residential apartment building is an historic 1800's property located in the heart of New Orlean's fabulous French Quarter.

We have a total of 14 fully furnished apartments, one and two bedroom units, each with private bath, kitchen, some with balconies or courtyard views. Some renovated units include full digital cable, flat screen LCD televisions, granite countertops, and brand new appliances.

Our rooms also feature gorgeous views of the French Quarter, New Orleans Downtown, and the surrounding areas. We're walking distance to all major New Orleans attractions - the location could not be better. Only ONE block to Decatur Street, the French Market and the Mississippi River, Royal Street, and a block and a half to Bourbon Street.

You can also walk to all major French Quarter dining and nightclubs, museums, Jackson Square, Cafe duMonde, etc. St. Philip Guest Apartments are also just 2 blocks from the center of New Orleans Gay nightlife hub. Walk to Oz, Pub, Lafittes, Good Friends, Rawhide, Golden Lantern, Petunias, etc.

Please note: there is no elevator, and no on site parking. Cab or shuttle service are available from the New Orleans airport and parking is available in nearby pay parking lots (subject to availability... we do not coordinate parking). Our vacation rental apartments are located on floors one, two, three and four.
