Spinnakers is a private complex, comprised of several buildings and a beautifully landscaped grounds area. Our 1884 Heritage GuestHouse is a carefully restored heritage registered home, with private, elegant Victorian-period accommodations in 5 rooms, with roomy 9-10 foot ceilings, and restored fir hardwood floors.

We also have more contemporary Garden Suites, which are a bit larger, and offer refined accommodations perfect for groups of up to 4 people, surrounded by mature gardens and next to a park and Victoria's Westsong public waterfront harbour walkway.

Spinnakers Guesthouse accommodations are non-smoking inside. And each of our rooms has direct access to the outside, either via patios nestled in the gardens, or on dedicated decks. WiFi internet access is also available in all guestroom accommodations.

Guests wake to a delivery of fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee or tea, a local Victoria morning papers, and a basket of fresh-baked goodies. Our GuestHouses will make your time in Victoria indulgent and unforgettable!

We're just a short walk across the bridge to Victoria's charming downtown, including the Inner Harbor and High Tea at the Empress Hotel.
