Deposit:	When planning your luxury vacation or holiday weekend getaway in Massachusetts, please remember that a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation except for 1 night stays which require payment in full at the time of booking. Personal checks only accepted for deposit and must arrive 7 calendar days from date reservation is made.
Cancellation:	You can cancel your reservation within 21 days of date of arrival and receive a full refund minus $35.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 21 days of date of arrival no deposit will be refunded unless room is re-rented then deposit minus $35.00 cancellation fee will be returned. No refunds on deposits for special events or holiday periods. No refunds for early departure or late arrivals.

Smoking:	Smoking is permitted on the deck and patio.
