Located on a scenic waterfowl preserve with panoramic lake and ocean views, Silver Lake is the area's guest house closest to "Poodle Beach." Yet, this tranquil setting is only blocks from downtown Rehoboth's restaurants, clubs and shops.

Out & About has named Silver Lake one of the "Top 10 North American guest houses." Fodor's calls us "The Best of the Bunch." Our World wrote, "Superlative... a beautiful, well-run guest house... the choice of discerning visitors." The Miami Herald includes Silver Lake Guest House "among the world's most romantic." Recently completely renovated, Silver Lake provides spectacular lake and ocean views from its sprawling columned veranda, balconies, and decks. All of the guest rooms have full private baths, cable TV, and central air conditioning. Most of the rooms have private balconies.

Continental breakfast is served daily in the second floor sunroom and may be enjoyed there, on the 3rd floor sundeck, on the veranda, or in the privacy of your own room or deck. Breakfast includes muffins baked daily, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee, along with daily newspapers.

Just off the sunroom is a guest kitchen, complete with refrigerator, microwave and other amenities. Complimentary coffee, tea, juice, and fruit are available at any time.

For added privacy and convenience, we also offer two spacious 2-bedroom apartments in our separate Carriage House. Each has queen beds in the bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed and dining area, complete kitchen, central air conditioning, cable TV, and a private deck or patio complete with charcoal grill.

Our grounds include a broad lakefront lawn, lake top deck and dock, several perennial gardens, an outdoor shower, soda machine, free ice, and bike racks.
