Bed & breakfast on a quiet tree lined street, in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Whether celebrating the joys of everyday living or one of life's milestones, Victorian ambiance is yours to enjoy at the Sea Witch. The fine shops, boutiques and restaurants Rehoboth is noted for are only a block away, while another block-and-a-half away is the Atlantic Ocean. Plenty of off-street parking is available.

This turreted Victorian was built in 1994. All of our guest rooms have private baths and fireplaces. With nine foot ceilings to brighten each room, the formal dining room and parlor invite lingering over tea or evening dessert. The wrap-around porch is always fun, no matter what time of day. You can relax on the swing for two or soak in the sunken hot tub in the private back yard.

The Sea Witch Manor Inn strives to be everything the discriminating traveller has come to expect: elegance, quietude, charm, hospitality, comfort and attention to detail. The inn is smoke-free.

The full gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room, starting with coffee and juices, fresh baked muffins and an array of fresh fruit. The main course includes pancakes, waffles or an astounding egg creation.

The Sunrise Suite is surrounded by French doors and windows. This oversized room features a king sized bed and petite private balcony, and the private bath rounds out the delightful retreat with a Jacuzzi as well as a shower stall.

Suite William is burgundy and green with a king size bed. Flowing gold sheers with burgand velvet curtains adorn the windows. French doors open into the private bath furnished with a clawfoot tub complete with shower.

Elsie's Escape creates an illusion of adventure with its handpainted tree-lined walls. There's a queen size four-posted bed covered with overstuffed pillows. The private bath includes a shower stall.
