Deposits:
A deposit equal to the cost of one night's accommodation will be applicable at the time of booking. Remaining nights will be charged at the time of arrival.
Cancellations:
Reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund to guest, minus a $25.00 + tax processing fee. An exception to this policy exists from June 11, 2010 - July 4, 2010. All guests booking to stay at the B&B during this period will not receive a refund of their deposit which is equal to the cost of one night's accommodation (including cost of parking permit for 1st night if applicable) + tax should they need to cancel their reservation. Reservations cancelled 1 to 13 days prior to check in date: We retain a cancellation fee equal to the first night's lodging (including cost of parking permit for 1st night if applicable) +5% tax. Effective July 1st, 2010 the governement will be introducing a new Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Regrettably this will increase the tax rate from 5% to 13% for all guests staying at our B&B after June 30, 2010. Cancellations made on the same day as check-in: Guest must pay for entire stay as reserved. No-shows: Guest must pay for entire stay as reserved.
Pets:
We regret that we are not able to permit pets of any kind in our Bed and Breakfast. The House, although a business, is governed by the rules, regulations, and bylaws of a Private Residential Home, and the host is allergic.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in our B&B. Smokers are welcome to smoke in the Garden Patio.
Parking:
Free Parking (for guest/s staying 3 nights or more) -?You will be situated right downtown and can walk to most places. If you need to travel beyond the core of the city, public transit is very close by. Alternatively, if you are bringing a car, we can provide you with a parking permit free for guest/s staying two nights or more. Guest/s staying less than 3 nights will incur a fee for the parking permit.
