POLICIES
Deposit:	A deposit of 50% of the total is due within 7 days of booking in order to hold your reservation. Balance due on arrival. No personal checks accepted for final payment.
Cancellation:	Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full, less a 10% service charge. Deposits on rooms canceled 21 days or less of the arrival date will be refunded only if room(s) are relet for the entire period of the booking, less 10% service charge. There is no refund for early departures.
Check-In:	After 3PM (arrangements must be made in advance for late check-in)
Check-Out:	11AM (car must be taken with you at check-out)
Children:	Adults only please
Pets:	Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets, although there is a house cat (Buddy) on premises.
Smoking:	Seasons is a smoke-free guesthouse
