If you want to escape your everyday life and relax away your stress at an island escape? Come stay with us in in a quiet getaway that's close to everything on the Gulf Coast.

Sea Breeze Manor Bed and Breakfast is just across from Boca Ciega Bay and its white sandy beaches, in Gulfport, halfway between St, Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulfport is a great place to visit - an artist community sitting next to the sparkling waters of Boca Ciega Bay, whose waters come from the Gulf of Mexico. There are many local events to choose from, including the bimonthly art walk where you can enjoy the wares of our many local galleries.

If you're traveling by yourself, we'll be happy to leave you to your privacy. But if you need a local friend to help you find all the great things the Tamoa Bay area has to offer, we'll be happy to help.

If you and your partner are looking for a romantic getaway, rent one of our luxury suites and pamper yourselves. We have rooms with garden and bay views, and can also help you put together a special celebration, for your honeymoon or your anniversary.

We also welcome business travelers - come stay with us instead of in a boring hotel room, and enjoy our great breakfasts. We also offer work desks and wifi internet in our rooms.

We can also help you arrange a celebration - if you're planning on getting married, or want to have a reunion with your friends or family, we can accommodate you - we have a great entertainment space inside and a beautiful tropical garden.

Sea Breeze Manor is pet friendly - both the Key West and Key Largo cottages are available for small dogs.

All of our rooms are suites, with a sitting area, bedroom, and private patio or veranda overlooking our gardens or the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. Each room has a television and VCR, internet access, snacks, beverages, and a CD clock. Our beds are very comfortable, with feather mattress pads and down pillows.

We also provide premium products, bathrobes, and a spa-inspired bathj tub woth a separate shower.

Each room also has a/c and ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summertime.

Deposit:
Reservations are confirmed by prepayment of your first night.

Cancellation:
Cancellations are accepted, and refunds given, if made at least ten days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $10 cancellations charge applies.

Children:
We may be able to accommodate children (in one of the cottages) on some occasions but must be arranged with the innkeeper.

Pets:
We may be able to accommodate small dogs (in one of the cottages) on some occasions but must be arranged with the innkeeper.

Smoking:
For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted within the Manor.
