The Saratoga Farmstead B&B is an historically significant, lovingly restored farmhouse located just 5 minutes from Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY. Set on ten pastoral acres, the 1850's farmhouse is now a bed and breakfast, offering guests a genuine hospitality in a quiet country setting.
The B&B is chef owned, with breakfast prepared and served in a large open kitchen with country views from walls of windows. Only the finest local and imported ingredients are used in preparing the first meal of the day for guests. Also offered at all times are complimentary beverages and snacks.
Guest enjoy relaxing on the porches and decks or walking through the organic gardens and paths through the meadows. Birds and butterflys, rabbits and deer are often observed on these walks. The Saratoga Farmstead has 7 comfortable guest rooms, all individually decorated with a combination of antiques, handmade furniture, original art and quilts.
The Saratoga Room is on the main level and has a handmade king bed and comfortable sitting area. The decor reflects all that has made Saratoga Springs famous. It has private access to the front porch.
A spring morning is the theme of The Garden Room. A handmade Italian wrought iron quenn bed and wicker furniture make this room both charming and comfortable.The Sewing Room has a four poster queen bed and an antique wood stove. Handmade needlepoint and embroidered pieces add charm to the room, which also has an antique desk.
The Hayloft is a very large room, often used by families but also nice for couples. This loft style room has an interior staircase that separates the room into an area with a king bed (and cot) and an area with two twin beds. There is also a sitting area and a beautiful view of the tops of 100 year old maple trees.
The north woods theme of the Adirondack Room appeals to all, with a California king bed and rustic artifacts and art, plus caned rocking chair.
The Victorian Room is light and sunny, with a double and a single antique bed. It overlooks perennial gardens and meadows.
Original art and photos enhance The Artist's Room, with a king bed and a double futon sitting area. This room has 5 large windows and lots of natural light.
All have private bathrooms, ceiling fans, air conditioning and individually zoned heat.

Cancellations:
We ask for two weeks notice of cancellation. With the proper notice, deposits are returned less a 15% handling charge. Without two weeks notice, the deposit is forfeited.
