The house is kept very clean, neat, and private, and is stylishly and comfortably furnished.

It sits on a sprawling garden on the reputed Casa Ybel Rd on Sanibel Island, hugging the Gulf of Mexico (near Fort Myers, Coconut Point [Estero], Cape Coral, Naples in SW. Florida). On the treehouse property, you will find flame-of-the-forests, acacia trees, saw palmettos, red bottle-brush, sabal palms, sea-grapes and even its very own grapefruit tree (fruiting season: Dec - April).
The Treehouse is located midway along Casa Ybel between Periwinkle Way and the nearest beach access is at Algiers Lane.

It is 2 minutes away from the beach by car, or five if by bike, and 10-15 min on foot. All Sanibel beaches are furnished with ample metered (usually $2/hr) car-parking and bike-racking, so no worries. :-)

This elevated Key-West Style Treehouse is located on the reputed Casa Ybel Rd, adjacent to Periwinkle Way, the main vein and heart of the quaint Sanibel Island recreational life. Close to lots of shops, ice-cream & pizza parlors, Jerry’s of Sanibel Supermarket, Sanibel Recreation Centre fitness gym, She Sells Seashells shell shacks, cafes (Sanibel Bean), bars (Lazy Flamingo), restaurants (The Mucky Duck, Mermaid Kitchen, Island Cow, Blue Giraffe, etc), specialty shops (Designer Consigner, Lucky Dog, Island Book Nook) … and the arts (Big Arts Phillips Gallery, Tower Arts, Island Cinema, Schoolhouse Theatre) in America.
