San Diego SuCasa is perfect for travelers and business travelers who want something other than another bland hotel room. We offer 2 rooms in University Heights, next to Adams Avenue Antique Row. From here, you can walk to restaurants, coffee houses, bars, shops, boutiques and Trolley Barn Park.

San Diego SuCasa is just five minutes by car from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park‚ and a number of museums and attractions. We're also close to Hillcrest, San Diego's gay neighborhood. We're also just ten minutes from some of Southern Californias best beaches.

Just fifteen minutes' drive, and you're in the Gas Lamp Quarter, at Petco Park, Sea World, or Old Town. It's easy to get anywhere from here - by foot, on bikes, or by bus.

Our guesthouse is a quiet '30's style residential property. The upstairs apartment is a one bedroom unit with queen bed and fold-out couch which can sleep two to four people. The unit has a small kitchen, full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and full set of pots, pans, plates and utensils. There's also a flat-screen television and high-speed internet service. There's no telephone or air conditioning, but you can use the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom to keep cool.

We also offer a first-floor studio rental unit, which is small but cozy and has a queen bed, and a small bathroom with shower. There's also a little refigerator, coffee maker and a television with basic cable. This is a great place for single travelers who just want a clean, basic room to sleep in.

If you're traveling in a small group and need a little extra room, rent both rooms together.

We have one parking space available off-street, and if you need to wash your clothes while you;re with us, there's a laundromat close by.

Rooms are cleaned once a day, and sheets changed once weekly for 7+day rentals.
