New - we're now offering smaller ads at more than 40% less than the regular full-sized ones. Half-Sized ads are 1" x 1 3/8", and are template-based - each one includes a picture, property name, location, website url and phone number.

Full-Sized ads are 2" x 1 3/8", and are custom-designed - send us a photo to use, or tell us where to find one on the web (for best results, this should be at least 400-500 pixels wide or high) and we'll put together the ad for you, and send it to you for review when it's ready. Or if you prefer, you can create the Full-Sized ad yourself and send it to us (email us for specs).
