Welcome to The Rookwood Inn Bed & Breakfast, a lovingly restored Berkshire Hills Victorian bed and breakfast in the charming village of Lenox, Massachusetts. Our unique location is peaceful and secluded, yet only a block from the town center and about a mile to Tanglewood.

Step onto our front porch, sit for a while in a comfortable wicker chair and enjoy the garden or view the sunset over the Berkshire Hills. Entering the Inn, you are transported to a place and time where attention to detail and service are of utmost importance.

The spacious public rooms on the first floor are for the use of our guests during your stay. The parlour has a stereo with an eclectic selection of recordings for your listening pleasure.

Slip into a cozy chair on the veranda or in front of a blazing fire and curl up with one of the many books from our library. Adjoining the living room is a spacious screened-in side porch where, between June and October, one can find a refreshing respite.

A full breakfast is served buffet-style with one delicious, heart healty entree. Dine in comfort in our dining room at individual tables.

Afternoon refreshments provide an opportunity for conversation and relaxation while enjoying a seasonal beverage and baked goods.

Rates (subject to change without notice) are for up to two people sharing a room and include our full buffet breakfast and afternoon refreshments. For each additional person in room, $25 a day is charged. All rates are subject to a 5% gratuity and 9.7% state and local lodging tax. Minimum stay may be required, please inquire.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure a reservation. For stays of one night, full payment is expected at the time of the reservation. For stays of two nights or more, a 50% deposit is expected.

Cancellation:
If a reservation must be cancelled and it is done up to fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund 90% of the deposit. For cancellations with less notice (including late arrival or early departure), your credit card will be charged the balance of the reservation. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund the rebooked amount, less a service charge of 10%.

11 a.m. We will be happy to store your luggage should you wish to stay in town longer. Special arrangements may be accommodated by advance request.

Smoking:
The Rookwood Inn is a smoke-free historic building. For guests who smoke, an ashtray is available on the front porch. Smoking in the Inn or guest room will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
