BED AND BREAKFAST ON THE OCEAN "

Rockmere Lodge Bed and Breakftast is a 19th century shingle-style cottage. Our Ogunquit B&B was originally constructed in 1899 by the Stearns Family, and is perched atop a knoll with fantastic ocean views.

We're located halfway between Ogunquit Village and Perkins Cove on the Marginal Way in a quiet residential area - you can hear the sound of the ocean waves throughout the Rockmere Lodge B&B.

Rockmere Lodge Bed & Breakfast sits on a large, beautifully landscaped lot, with extensive flower gardens, pond, fountains, and statues that evoke turn of the century Ogunquit life. Relax in our gardens, sunbathe in the summer time, or read a book in an Adirondack chair under one of our beautiful shade trees.

A wide wrap-around veranda encompasses the front of the bed and breakfast, furnished with comfortable wicker chairs and tables - the percect location to watch the ocean waves, chat with other guests, or take an afternoon nap.

We serve a full gourmet breakfast in season on the front porch, moving to the formal dining room during the cooler months. Breakfast may include waffles, blueberry pancakes, omlets, French toast, fresh fruits or yogurt. We also serve piping hot coffee and a huge selectioin of hot teas.

We love getting to know our guests over breakfast, and many new friends have been made on our porch.

We continue to update and improve the inn and the experience of our guests. Each guestroom at the Rockmere Lodge Bed & Breakfast is unique.

Our Ogunquit B&B also offers a large living room for guest use, with a cozy fire in the fireplace during the winter season to keep you warm. And from our lookout (on the 3rd floor) you'll have a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our goal is to make your experience here magical - we'd love for you to return again another time.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A deposit to cover the first night's stay is required at time of reservation, except two nights deposit required for five days or more. Reservations will be held until 5:00 p.m. unless notified of late arrival.

Cancellation:
Cancellations made 5 days prior to arrival will guarantee refund of deposit minus a $25.00 service charge. If cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to arrival, deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to arrival and there is a minimum stay requirement, the total for the minimum stay will be charged. No refund for Late Cancellation or Early Departure. No exceptions.

Check-In:
2:00 to 5:00 PM.

Check-Out:
No later than 11:00 AM.

Smoking:
No Smoking inside the house or on the front porch.
