Welcome to Rockmere Lodge Bed & Breakfast, a turn of the 19th century shingle style cottage, originally built in 1899 by the Stearns family of Cincinnati.
Our beautiful historic Ogunquit Bed & Breakfast sits on a slight hill, offeringcommanding views of the Atlantic Ocean. We're located halfway along the Marginal Way, a mile-long ocean-side footpath that leads from Ogunquit Village to Perkins Cove. Rockmere Lodge B&B is in a quiet residential area and you can hear the surf crashing against the rocks from almost every room.
The manicured grounds around our Ogunquit Bed & Breakfast Inn boast extensive flower gardens with fountains, a goldfish pond and statuary - it will take you back to how the Rockmere Lodge might have looked at the turn of the 19th century. We invited you to wander the grounds, sun bathe, enjoy the cool sea breeze in our screened-in Gazebo overlooking the Ocean, or just relax in the shade on an Adirondack chair.
The wrap-around veranda is graciously appointed with comfortable wicker furniture, making it an inviting place to sit and enjoy the ocean view, nap, read or meet new friends.
Every morning, we serve breakfast on the front porch in season and in the formal dining room in front of the fireplace during the off season. Breakfast ,may include waffles, blueberry pancakes, French toast, or omelets, accented with fruit, yogurt, English muffins, toast, homemade muffins, etc. Along with coffee we also offer teas, from basic to exotic blends. A lot of great conversation and many new friends have been made during breakfast on this porch.
The interior of Rockmere Lodge is constantly being updated to provide our guests with a relaxing stay. Each of our guestrooms is individually decorated and differs from the next.
Rockmere Lodge offers unique Ogunquit Lodging Services, including our spacious living room open for your comfort and enjoyment. You are invited to relax here and, during the cooler months, bask in the heat of a crackling fire in front of our beautiful Italian tile fireplace. And the Lookout on the third floor features some of the best views of the Atlantic in Ogunquit.

If cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to arrival and there is a minimum stay requirement, the total for the minimum stay will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the total for the stay will be charged.
