POLICIES
Deposit:	We require a pre-payment of the first night or 50% of the total stay - whichever is higher.
Cancellation:	Shortening the length of your stay or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in loss of the deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. Deposits will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee per room) only if the cancellation notice is received by at least 30 days prior to arrival date. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation and whether or not the room is subsequently rented. If you rebook with us within two weeks of cancellation, we will apply the initial deposit and/or cancellation fee to your new deposit.
Check-In:	3:00 TO 5:00 PM - We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in, pending room availability.
Check-Out:	11:00 AM - A late check-out may be pre-arranged, subject to availability, for a fee of $50.
Pets:	We do allow pets in a limited number of guest rooms and charge a $250 refundable deposit. There is also a $50 dollar increment to the room rate per each night of a stay.
Smoking:	Our inn is a non-smoking facility; smoking is only permitted outdoors.
