Our Bed & Breakfast (B&B) is located on the Island of Hawaii on the slopes of Mount Hualalai at about the 1500 foot elevation, offering relief from the heat of the coastline as well as 180 degree views of the Kona/Kohala coastline and views of Maui. We're close to the heart of Kailua Kona, and to Captain Cook on Hawaii's west shore.

Makai Suite: Offering an elegant spacious room with 2 queen size beds, TV with Cable, private bath, sunset views, and direct access to our wrap around lanai. NEW windows added to enhance the views.

Pualani Suite: Large suite with private bath and garden view with cable TV in sitting room. Sitting room has NEW French Door making it lighter & brighter. Spacious, private and furnished with your comfort in mind.

Kamehameha Suite: Large and comfortable suite with partial ocean view from the bedroom and the NEW French Doors in sitting room. Cable TV in bedroom. Includes sitting room and spacious private bath. Bar sink and microwave, plus refrigerator.

Aloha Room: Intimate room on the main floor with private access to wrap around lanai. Shared bath with innkeepers only. Queen bed.

Ohana Suite: Incredible 1500 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with cable TV and two sitting rooms. (Includes both Pualani and Kamehameha suites). Rates are for four people. Additional people are $25.00 per person per night. Limit of six people.

Rates are Single/Double occupancy (except Ohana Suite) and includes breakfast. Additional guests: $25.00/night per person. Rates are subject to 11.25% Hawaiian Taxes, and are subject to change without notice. Minimum stay - 2 nights.
