POLICIES
Reservations:
One night’s deposit will hold your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Two night minimum stay for Summer, Fall, & Holiday weekends
Deposit:
Please remit deposits within 5 days of making your reservation. Rates are based on dbl. occupancy & are subject to applicable taxes
Cancellation:
Because we are a small Bed & Breakfast Inn, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of rebooking a room. For this reason, we request a 14 day notice of cancellation, at which time we will be happy to issue a refund, minus a $25 Service Charge for the cancelled reservation. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, will be issued a "Credit Certificate," with the following exceptions: We regret that we are unable to issue credit for cancellations on "Holiday" or "Special Event" weekends. No calls/no shows will be billed for the full stay
