Restored to its original splendor by Lanning and Steve with sparkling European Chandeliers, formal linened Dining Room, and Large Parlor with grand piano, sweeping staircase, magnificent leaded glass windows, gilt-gold ceilings, Trompe loiel and Grand Ballroom. Extensive collections of European and Continental Porcelains, 18th and 19th Century oil paintings.

Five guest rooms in the main house and three guest rooms in the Carriage House are elegantly appointed with antiques, paintings and porcelains. King or queen feathers beds, feather pillows and rich linens will guarantee a wonderful sleep. The Innkeepers, Lanning, a native of South Carolina, can usually be found in the kitchen cooking with Justin, the assistant Innkeeper, who makes the best pot of tea in Portland. Steve, with his green thumb, spends his time pampering the perennials and pruning the sweet smelling roses. Prescott is the Scotty in residence.
