This home has been landscaped by mother nature with spectacular views of both the Blue Ridge and Massanutten Mountains. Piney Hill offers 4 romantic guest rooms and the private cottage. The old and new have been combined to create a down home comfortable get-away.
The dining room which houses a 10 foot farm table is where everyone assembles to enjoy a country style breakfast every morning. This has been the arena for fun chats, much laughter and
the building block for long and lasting friendships. We do our best to cater to all dietary restrictions. You can’t go hiking or exploring on an empty stomach!
The outdoor Jacuzzi offers a place to sit back, relax and take in an endless sky of stars, breathtaking mountain views and your favorite glass of wine. Truly, does life get any better?!?!
Mark Ruffner Room
The Mark Ruffner Suite offers 2 spacious rooms and a full private bath in the upstairs wing of the Main House. The bedroom has a queen, a sitting area for reading and conversing and a fireplace that offers a warm romantic ambiance. The suite room is equipped with a lounge area for watching movies from our large video collection or cable TV. A table for 2 allows you the option of a private breakfast for 2 or you can enjoy breakfast in the main dining room. A refrigerator for snacks and beverages and a coffee maker are provided. A full sized bed is also in the suite room for additional guests in your party. Please ask for details.
Emma Ruffner Rogers Room
This bright and cheery room offers a full sized bed and private bath with full view shower. The breathtaking views of both mountain ranges and the all season fireplace adds a warm and romantic atmosphere. Cuddle up with your favorite movie from our large selection of videos.
Isaac Newton Rogers Room
This room is also part of the original log structure. The room features an oak high back queen size bed and fireplace. Curl up on the camel back sofa, relax and enjoy your favorite book. Full hall bath.
Walter Rogers Room
This romantic room, located on the first floor, provides great views of both the Blue Ridge and Massanutten Mountains. The room is decorated with an architectural flair offering a queen sized bed with mantel headboard, an all season fireplace and full private bath.
The Rosebud Cottage
The Rosebud Cottage offers 500 sq ft of private and relaxing accommodations for 2. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/living combination with queen sized bed, TV/VCR., love seat, fireplace. The kitchenette offers refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. A breakfast basket is delivered each morning offering the same delicious breakfast as the main house.

Reservations:
All reservations will be held with a valid credit card number
Minimum Stay:
Holidays and Fall Season weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
Cancellations:
A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations.
Cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged the
entire reservation price unless we can rebook. Holidays and Fall Season
cancellations received less than 10 days from arrival will be charged the
entire reservation price unless we can rebook. No Shows, that is not
notifying us at all, will be charged the entire reservation price. If a
reservation is cut short you will be charged 50% per night for each
remaining night of your reservation, excluding Holidays and Fall Season
where you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay.
