This area of the Shenandoah Valley offers many exciting adventures, such as hiking on Skyline Drive, canoeing, horseback riding, wineries, skiing, fishing, golfing, antique shopping, hot air balloon rides and so much more. Also nearby are the world famous Luray Caverns.
This home has been landscaped by mother nature with spectacular views of both the Blue Ridge and Massanutten Mountains. Piney Hill offers 2 standard guest rooms, a 2 room suite and a private luxury cottage. The old and new have been combined to create a down home comfortable get-away.
The dining room which houses a 10 foot farm table is where everyone assembles to enjoy a country style breakfast every morning. This has been the arena for fun chats, much laughter and the building block for long and lasting friendships. We do our best to cater to all dietary restrictions. You can’t go hiking or exploring on an empty stomach!
The outdoor Jacuzzi offers a place to sit back, relax and take in an endless sky of stars, breathtaking mountain views and your favorite glass of wine. Truly, does life get any better?!?!
Mark Ruffner Room
The Mark Ruffner Suite offers 2 spacious rooms and a full private bath in the upstairs wing of the Main House. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, a sitting area, all season fireplace, guest controlled A/C and TV with VHS/DVD. The suite room provides with full sized bed, a lounge area, Satelite TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, guest controlled A/C and an all season fireplace. Spectacular Skyline Drive views. Emma Ruffner Rogers Room
This bright and cheery room offers a full sized bed, private bath with full view shower, all season fireplace, guest controlled A/C & Satelite TV, VHS/DVD. Breathtaking Skyline Drive views. Max. Occupancy: 2

This romantic room, located on the first floor, provides great views of both the Blue Ridge and Massanutten Mountains. The Rosebud Cottage
The Rosebud Cottage offers 500 sq ft of private and relaxing accommodations for 2. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/living combination with queen sized bed, Satelite TV, VHS/DVD, love seat, fireplace. The kitchenette offers refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. A breakfast basket is delivered each morning offering the same delicious breakfast as the main house. Max Occupancy: 2

POLICIES
Reservations:
All reservations will be held with a valid credit card number
Minimum Stay:
Holidays and Fall Season weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
Cancellations:
A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. Holidays and Fall Season cancellations received less than 10 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. No Shows, that is not notifying us at all, will be charged the entire reservation price. If a reservation is cut short you will be charged 50% per night for each remaining night of your reservation, excluding Holidays and Fall Season where you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay.
