POLICIES
Cancellation:
In the Summer, reservations that are cancelled with greater than 30 days notice are 100% refundable; those that are cancelled with less than 30 or more than 14 are refunded 50%; those that are cancelled with less than 14 days are non-refundable. (In the low season, we have different terms depending on your accommodation and arrangement.
Children:
Our suites are so big that you could say that the den of one of them is a nursery. We even have a sandbox in the meditation garden.
Pets:
We are not adverse to pets, per se. However, we have to give prior approval and reserve the right to refuse if we think your pet will be incompatible with the building and/or other guests. If we do accept, then we must charge you a cleaning fee so that the next guests are ensured of our clean, spotless suites.
Parking:
Generally, we porvide one covered stall per suite. With prior arrangements we can liberate more. Also, we try to point out to visitors that they do not really need a car in downtown Vancouver. In fact, it is more a hindrance than anything.
