The Palm Plaza Resort is situated on a quiet residential street, three short blocks from Fort Lauderdale beach and four blocks from it's famous and very popular gay section. The beautiful tropical garden, complete with outdoor tables, chaises and a 3 man swing, is the perfect place to relax and unwind or socialize with the other guys. The outdoor gas BBQ makes evening cookouts easy and fun. The heated, clothing optional swimming pool is a natural focus of activities and our entire grounds are covered by our Wi-Fi hotspot (wireless DSL Internet access).
Our beautifully appointed en-suite accommodations are perfect for your every need. Well equipped Hotel Rooms with either a King or a Queen bed, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, fully Air-conditioned, Ceiling fan, Digital cable TV that includes complimentary access to 10 HBO movie channels, DVD, VCR, Music CD and mp3 CD player combo, telephone which includes voicemail and Dataport for modem connectivity.
Studios with all of the above plus full size kitchens and either a Queen or 2 Full size beds. One bedroom Suites with either 2 Full size beds or one Queen or one King, plus all of the above amenities.
The resort is just a 15 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) and a 10 minute drive from Port Everglades. We provide complimentary off-street parking.
All rates include daily complimentary enhanced continental breakfast basket, orange juice, coffee and daily maid service. Weekly Special Rates are available from MAY 4 - DEC 14. Rates and tax are subject to change. All unit rates are based on a 2 person occupancy. Any additional person will be charged $20/day.

Minimum deposit of 25% required on all reservations; balance on arrival. Please note that deposit or non-show fees cannot be less than one night's rate.
Cancellations:
Deposit is refunded (minus 15% administration fees) if notice is given at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise deposit is non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departures.
