The Palmer House Inn Bed and Breakfast is located Cape Cod in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Falmouth, MA, is a delightful New England town on Upper Cape Cod. Our bed and breakfast Inn is in the Falmouth Historic District, a quiet residential area of tree lined streets, picket fences, colorful gardens and elegant homes. Beautiful beaches, quaint shops, ferry shuttles and excellent restaurants are only a short stroll from one of the finest Cape Cod Inns.

Built at the turn of the century, the Queen Anne style Cape Cod Inn and adjacent bed and breakfast Guest House reflect the gentility and charm of the Victorian Age. Stained glass windows, rich woodwork, gleaming hardwood floors and antique furnishings create an overall sense of warmth and harmony to this Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast.

There are twelve sparkling public beaches where you can lounge on the sand and enjoy our wonderfully mild water--warmed to 70 degrees in summer by the Gulf Stream. Also available are cutting-edge directors at the Woods Hole Film Festival. Attend a performance of the avant-garde Cape Cod Theatre Project or the College Light Opera. Visit the historical museums in Falmouth Center and Woods Hole. Wander through picturesque Spohr Gardens. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy sailing, windsurfing, golf, kayaking, fishing, and cycling the Shining Sea Bike Path. Falmouth has over 68 miles of coastline with an average summer water temperature of 70 degrees (the warmest on the Cape). We have over 12 miles of public beaches for you to enjoy. There are many other great things to do in the area:

POLICIES

Deposit:
All reservations require a deposit equal to 2 nights' lodging or 50% on stays greater than 4 days, with the balance due at check-in. Deposits can be paid by check or charged to you credit card. Reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival will require a credit card deposit.

Cancellation:
Deposits are refundable, less a $20.00 service fee per room, if cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable with less than 14 days notice, if we can re rent the room for the length of your stay. For groups reserving 3 or more rooms, the cancellation time is 30 days or more before arrival.

For the health and comfort of all guests, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including the grounds, buildings and guest rooms. Heavy smokers should consider other accommodations.
