Forget the doilies and dollies. This is a grown-up home away from home where you can relax, retreat or set the stage for romance. Beds from heaven. Coffee brought to your door each morning. Creative three-course breakfasts.

Our 1880s home in a Victorian-era neighborhood is just steps from the dynamic Uptown San Marco antiques district and three blocks from the centrally located Visitor Information Center – portal to the St. George Street and bayfront districts of shops, historic sights and restaurants. Free parking is always available – leave your car keys in your room and stroll America’s Oldest City. The beach is a 10-minute drive away.

Our House offers three distinctive guestrooms:

• On the first floor is Fern Garden, with a supremely comfortable queen bed, two-person Jacuzzi whirlpool bath and private porch overlooking a shady garden.
• Upstairs, off the sunny sitting area, Greenhaven offers a king-size bed, private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a second old-fashioned clawfoot tub in the bedchamber. Greenhaven also has a breezy veranda.
• Across the hall, sunny Morningview features a high four-poster queen-size bed, private bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, and a veranda.

Ten percent discount for stays of 3 to 5 nights. Two-night weekend stays are requested, but single weekend nights are available on a limited basis at higher rates. Weekly rates available. Rates may be higher for holidays and special events.

All rooms are double occupancy maximum. Smoking is permitted on porches. Accommodations are appropriate for children over age 14. Sorry, no pets.
Rates quoted do not include 9% state and local tax. Please note our reservation deposit and 7-day-in-advance cancellation policy.
