Old Parkdale inn is the perfect location to stay as you explore the Hood River Valley - we're close to Indian Creek Golf, Mount Hood Meadows Ski Resort, and Zoller's white water adventures. We're also near the Mount Hood National Forest, where you'll find natural beauty and many great hiking trails.

You'll also find art galleries who work with local artists, some great wineries and fine dining, and a number of interesting museums to keep you busy. We're also a great halafway point on the Mount Hood Scenic Byway.

Our Mt. Hood area bed and breakfast is just fifteen miles from Hood River, OR, and the Columbia River Gorge. We're in a very quiet location, perfect for guests who seek solitude and want to get away from everything.

You can easily reach the Mt. Hood National Forest from here, or drive the Fruit Loop, thirty five miles of scenic driving through orchards, forests, and cute local towns. 

We offer three guestrooms, each uniquely decorated with prints from Monet, O'Keefe, and Gaugin, and each with a private bathroom. Each room comes with a television and VCR, and full kitchens (microwave, coffee maker, and refigerator). Each guest suite also has fold out sofa beds, soft guest robes, and complimentary beverages.

Our Gaugin room features a new 19" flat screen television and DVD player.

We also offer wifi internet access in all three rooms and near our beautiful pond - surf the web while relaxing on our adirondack chairs. We also have a laptop computer available for guest use upon request.

We serve a gourmet breakfast using local ingredients and fresh-brewed coffee to our guests each morning - enjoy breakfast in our main dining room, or relax and enjoy it your room.

Take your morning coffee and wander our grounds, recognized as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.
