A 120 year old Redwood tree greets guests from the inn's front entry. Lush and colorful gardens can be enjoyed from the back deck - beyond which is an inviting carpet of lawn that has made this inn famous for weddings and celebrations. The Olallieberry Inn offers a peaceful, serene and private oasis, yet you're just a short walk to the finest restaurants, shops and galleries.
The Olallieberry Inn has nine guest rooms six in the Historic Home and three in the Innkeeper's Cottage. All rooms have private baths with six being in-room and three being detached. Eight rooms have fireplaces. All rooms are double occupancy, with the exception of Creekside Suite which can accommodate up to four persons. About the Area: Cambria and the surrounding hamlets of San Simeon, Harmony, Cayucos, Morro Bay and the inland wine regions offer a wealth of fun activities that can be enjoyed for a two day or weeklong stay! Here are some things we suggest: Hearst Castle: In the Santa Lucia Mountains of California on a hilltop overlooking the Pacific Ocean, craftsmen labored nearly 28 years to create La Cuesta Encantada "The Enchanted Hill", a magnificent estate of 165 rooms, and 127 acres of gardens, terraces, pools, and walkways. National Geographic Theater Hearst Castle: Experience 5-story tall movies! Located in San Simeon at the Hearst Castle Visitor Center. For Show Times call 927-6811 Moonstone Beach: This magnificent beach is a healthy walk from Olallieberry Inn or a very short drive. Most extraordinary are the tidepools, surfing, picnicking, bird watching, viewing sunrise and sunsets. Piedras Blancas Lighthouse: Piedras Blancas is Spanish for "the white rocks", so named because of the white rocks bleached by centuries of bird guano. Elephant Seal Viewing: Ask your innkeeper for the best viewing times and locations. Shopping and Dining: Cambria has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Wine Tasting: The Wine Wrangler is your ultimate choice for Paso Robles wine country excursions. Art & Culture: Cambria is well known as an artist colony. Two specific events: The Cambria Art & Wine Festival during the last weekend in January is the perfect time to enjoy much of what makes Cambria such an interesting and rich community. Holidays in the Pines - the town is all decked out for the holidays, with many merchants and restaurants offering specials/discounts. A magical time to visit Olallieberry and Cambria! Come visit us in beautiful Cambria on the Central California Coast!
