Ogunquit Beach Inn Bed & Breakfast provides comfortable accommodations in the heart of this charming New England seaside village.

Our beautiful, craftsman-style house was originally built in the mid Twenties, and still retains its original craftsman details.

Mike and Greg took over the Ogunquit Beach Inn in '97, and renovated it, adding modern conveniences while retaining its original charm.

Our Ogunquit Bed and Breakfast has a number of rooms, each uniquely furnished, featuring queen beds, a/c, cable television, video cassette recorder, on-site parking, daily breakfast, housekeeping services, and wireless internet access.

We offer the use of beach chairs, a movie library and concierge service. if you want something a little more private, we have a cottage and apartment available for weekly rental.

The Ogunquit Beach Inn is in the heart of Ogunquit, a short walk from clubs and bars, restaurants, boutique shops, and just five minutes from the beach. You won't need a car in Ogunquit - everything is close by.

We offer one parking space for each registered guestroom.

Gay friendly Ogunquit is the most walkable town in Maine, and has three miles of beautiful, sandy beaches and the Marginal Way, a one and a quarter mile walking path between Ogunquit and Perkins Village, a small early nineteenth century fishing village.

Originally called Algonquit, Agunquit or Ogonquit by the Abenaki Indians who summered here, Ogunquit means Beautiful Place by The Sea.

Ogunquit Beach Inn B&B is a great alternative to hotels, inns and motels, and has one of the best locations in town, easily walkable to everything Ogunquit has to offer. We're open from April until the end of October.

Autumn is one of the best times to visit gay Ogunquit - crisp days, starry nights, and some great events, like the Mr. Speedo contest on Ogunquit Beach, the Gay Men's Chorus Weekend, and of course, Halloween.

POLICIES

Deposit:
We require a 1 nights stay deposit to hold your reservation. Balance due upon arrival prior to check in. Deposits other than credit cards must be received within (7) seven days after you have made your reservation. Reservations made within (14) fourteen days of arrival can only be held by a credit card. Personal checks are accepted on deposits only. Balance is due upon arrival in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Traveler's Checks or cash. There are no refunds for early departures. All rooms are subject to Maine 7% sales tax.

Cancellation:
There is a 10% Service Charge on all cancellations. Your deposit will be refunded minus 10% if you cancel 21 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 21 days, your deposit (90%) is only refundable if we are able to rent the room for the canceled period.

Check-In:
2pm-6pm (arrangements must be made for late check-ins)

Check-Out:
11am for guests and their cars

Pets:
Sorry no pets. We do recommend a boarding facility in neighboring York.
